Privacy Policy
Last updated August 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Lunar Walls collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, use our configurator, create a My Account or partner portal login, or otherwise interact with us. It is a description of our practices — not legal advice — and may be updated as our tools change.
Who we are
Lunar Walls (“Lunar Walls,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a MicroLED video wall brand operated in connection with Just Video Walls. Our mailing address is 10400 W McNab Rd, Tamarac, FL 33321.
For privacy questions or to exercise privacy rights, contact us at info@lunarwalls.com or through our Contact page.
Scope
This policy applies to personal information we process through:
- The public Lunar Walls website, product pages, and configurator
- Quote, contact, and become-a-dealer form submissions
- My Account (homeowner / end-user accounts), including wall registration and billing
- The partner portal used by dealers, sales ops, and production ops, including contacts, jobs, scheduling, and service-order checkout
- Become-a-dealer and partner registration applications
- Transactional emails and optional notification preferences
- Cookies, analytics, advertising tags, and embedded media as described below
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of our services, information dealers enter about their customers and jobs, and information from service providers that help us operate the business.
- Identity and contact details — name, email, phone, company, role, and mailing or project address
- Account credentials — login email and authentication data needed to secure your account
- Project and product details — configurator selections, SKUs, sizes, site notes, quotes, and related lead or service-order information
- Configurator usage data — anonymous visitor and build session IDs, funnel step, product selections, partial summary-form fields if typed (including contact email), and approximate visitor location (country, region, city, and sometimes postal area) inferred from IP address when a configurator session starts
- Dealer and partner details — company information, contacts, territories, distributors, and application materials
- Wall and warranty details — serial numbers, SKUs, registration data, install date, associated dealer links, and optional install photos or reviews
- Job and site details — site address, on-site contact name/phone/email, schedule windows, site photos or drawings, and pre-install checklist notes
- Payment-related information — billing contact details, payment status, amounts, refunds, promo codes, and limited card metadata; full card numbers are handled by Stripe (see Payments)
- Communications — messages you send us, support requests, and email engagement needed to deliver transactional mail
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP when collected by our hosting or analytics tools
Accounts and dashboards
Signed-in areas collect more than a public page visit. What we hold depends on the account type.
My Account (homeowners and end users) may include your name, email, phone, saved wall builds and quotes, registered walls (serial, SKU, install street/city/state/ZIP, install date), optional install photos, dealer contact information you enter, and saved payment-method metadata.
The partner portal may include dealer company and user accounts, customer/contact records (name, email, phone, ZIP), project and quote data, service orders (site address, on-site contacts, attachments), HubSpot deal identifiers and stages associated with your dealer record, scheduling, and payment metadata for service orders, change orders, and reschedule fees.
Just Video Walls / Lunar operations staff can access job, warranty, and billing records as needed to fulfill orders, register walls, schedule crews, provide support, and prevent fraud.
When a dealer submits an end customer’s information to Lunar Walls, the dealer represents that they may share that information with us for quoting, fulfillment, installation, warranty, and support.
Addresses and location
We collect install, site, and project addresses (including street, city, state/province, and ZIP/postal code) so we can schedule crews, ship product, register warranty, route dealer jobs, and confirm site readiness. Project ZIP codes on quote requests help us match an authorized integrator. These addresses are used for fulfillment, service, and warranty — not sold as a marketing list.
Billing address is collected by Stripe Checkout or Stripe Elements when the processor requires it. We receive a billing address only if Stripe returns it to us with the payment record.
We may derive an approximate location from IP address through our hosting provider or analytics tools when those tools run. When you start a configurator build, we also store approximate visitor location (country, region, city, and sometimes postal area) from your IP address for internal funnel analytics — this is separate from the project install ZIP you may enter on the summary form. Configurator session data and IP-derived location are used internally and are not shared with advertising partners. We do not use install addresses as a precise geolocation advertising signal.
How we use information
We use personal information to operate Lunar Walls and fulfill requests you make of us, including to:
- Respond to inquiries and route quote requests to authorized integrators
- Create and manage My Account and partner portal access
- Process service orders, scheduling, shipping records, wall registration, and warranty
- Charge saved payment methods for authorized purchases, change orders, and reschedule fees
- Send transactional emails (receipts, account notices, order updates) and optional preference-based notifications
- Send a limited help email if you enter an email on the Lunar Phase summary form and do not submit — typically about six hours later, at most once per week for that address — so we can answer questions about the wall you started configuring
- Measure website use with analytics, and (if you accept marketing cookies) measure ads and conversions
- Measure and improve the Lunar Phase configurator using first-party session data (traffic, abandonment, popular configurations, and approximate visitor location)
- Improve our website, products, and dealer tools
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Comply with law and enforce our terms and agreements
Legal bases (EEA/UK and similar laws)
If you are in a jurisdiction that requires a legal basis for processing (including the EEA/UK), we typically rely on the following:
- Contract (or steps prior to a contract) — quotes, accounts, checkout, installation services, warranty registration, and support
- Consent — analytics cookies, marketing/advertising cookies, YouTube embeds, and other optional processing we ask you about on forms
- Legitimate interests — securing the site, preventing fraud, improving products in a limited way, and operating the business where those interests are not overridden by your rights
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting, warranty, and responding to lawful requests
Payments and cards on file
Payments for dealer service orders, change orders, and reschedule fees are processed by Stripe. Lunar Walls is not a card-data storage environment. Full card numbers, CVVs, and magnetic-stripe data are submitted to Stripe and do not reside on Lunar Walls servers. Stripe’s practices are described at https://stripe.com/privacy.
What we keep is payment metadata needed to run billing: card brand, last four digits, expiration month and year, whether a card is the default on file, Stripe customer / PaymentIntent / Checkout Session identifiers, payment status, amounts, refunds, and promo codes applied to an order.
Saved cards are used to complete checkout and charge authorized change orders or reschedule fees. You can remove a saved card from My Account or the partner portal billing settings. Removing a card does not erase transaction records we keep for receipts, refunds, tax, accounting, or dispute resolution.
Charge-on-file for dealer services is described in the service-order agreements you accept at checkout.
Emails and notifications
We send transactional emails required to operate your relationship with us — for example account confirmations, quote acknowledgments, payment receipts, refunds, and service updates. You generally cannot opt out of these messages while maintaining the related service. Under Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL), these are commercial electronic messages that are transactional or that you requested.
If you type an email address on the Lunar Phase configurator summary form and do not submit the form, we may send one professional follow-up offering help with that build (including a summary of the configuration you started). That message is delayed about six hours after your last form activity and is limited to about once every seven days for the same email address. Submitting the form, or already receiving that follow-up recently, suppresses further sends. Reply to that email to reach our team, or use our Contact page.
Optional or preference-based emails (such as certain renewal reminders, build status updates, or follow-up reminders) can be managed from My Account or the partner portal notification settings, or via the preference link included in those emails.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — including to provide services, maintain warranty and registration records, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. Configurator build sessions (including IP-derived approximate location and partial form snapshots) are kept for about 90 days, then deleted or anonymized; aggregated configurator dashboard statistics may be kept longer. Warranty and serial records are typically kept for the life of the coverage plus a reasonable archive period. Payment transaction records are kept as required for tax and accounting. Saved cards remain until you remove them or the account is closed. Analytics and advertising data follow each provider’s retention settings. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our practices.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. Card data is handled by Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong unique password for your Lunar Walls accounts and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to appeal a denial of a privacy request where required by law.
United States (including California CPRA-style rights): you may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Cookie settings, Do Not Sell or Share, and Global Privacy Control as that opt-out. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification.
Canada (PIPEDA): you may request access to and correction of personal information we hold about you.
EEA/UK: you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. You can withdraw cookie consent in Cookie settings without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To exercise privacy rights, email info@lunarwalls.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children
Lunar Walls services are directed to adults and business customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or under 13, which is the U.S. COPPA threshold). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
International visitors
We primarily operate in the United States and Canada. If you access Lunar Walls from another country, including the EEA or UK, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards used by our providers (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) together with the measures described in this policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change when we post revisions. Material changes may also be communicated by email or an in-product notice when appropriate. Continued use of Lunar Walls after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
