8% spare cabinets, delivered
Custom includes 8% spare cabinets — the highest allotment in the category. Those cabinets arrive as remaining inventory for the life of the wall, not as stock drawn down on install day.
Factory pixel-by-pixel on large canvases
Walls of 50 cabinets or more, or 8×8 and larger, are pixel-by-pixel calibrated at the factory before they ship.

Typical LED quotes pair cabinets with a commercial processor — fine for one full-bleed source, short the moment you add layers. Custom specifies the chassis and I/O cards for the power it takes, with full 22-bit+ grayscale on every wall.

Input and output cards are specified for the processing power it takes to drive multiple layers on that canvas — not a one-size processor dropped onto a larger wall.

Before you spec a Custom wall
Lunar Phase is the pre-engineered catalog — finished SKUs in 16:9, Cinemascope, and Ultrawide 32:9. Lunar Custom is for standard-ratio walls that don’t have a Phase SKU: more (or fewer) cabinets, 2.40 / 24:9 / 48:9 canvases, and sizes that sit between catalog steps. Custom still ships as a Lunar Walls product — XYZ mounted, with 8% spares — not as a blank-sheet engineering job.
16:9, 2.40, 24:9, 32:9, and 48:9 only. Cabinet count can change; the proportion cannot. A 3×9 wall, a 1×5 strip three wide, or any other off-ratio array is not Lunar Custom.
